Job description:
A2Z Heating & Plumbing is immediately hiring a motivated and experienced HVAC Technician for the North Liberty and surrounding areas. This is a first shift opportunity, working 40 hours per week + overtime (when applicable). The pay rate is based on experience and skill level (est. $25 – $35 / Hour).
Job Scope:
- Diagnose, repair or Install HVAC units – commercial and residential
- Duct cleaning, dryer boxes, dryer pipe, exhaust fans, boots, and flex
- Minor repairs
- Troubleshoot complex Mechanical System
- Repair/replace defective parts and equipment
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Prefer 2 years of college/trade school
- 2+ years of on-the-job experience
- Knowledge and use of hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
- Good communication skills and experience working on a team
- Public contact / customer service experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm: overtime as needed
